Whether you’re a beginner, an advanced student, or a parent looking for the right activity for your child, our programs are designed to meet you where you are and help you grow.

We offer age-specific and goal-focused training in Taekwondo and Kickboxing that combines fun, fitness, structure, and personal development. Each program is led by passionate instructors who understand the needs of every age group — from energetic toddlers to driven teens and focused adults.

Little Bees

Ages: 3–6 years old

Program Focus: Movement, listening skills, and playful discipline.

Our Little Bees program is the perfect start for young children to explore martial arts in a safe, playful, and structured environment. Classes focus on building body awareness, emotional control, and respectful behavior — all through fun, imaginative activities. This early introduction to Taekwondo helps children develop confidence, patience, and teamwork while building the habits that support lifelong learning.


They’ll Learn To:

  • Stay calm and in control.
  • Follow simple, clear instructions.
  • Interact respectfully with peers and instructors.
  • Improve coordination, balance, and focus.
  • Begin understanding the value of discipline and effort.

Basic Program

Ages: 6–10 years old

Program Focus: Foundational techniques, focus, and positive discipline.

Our Basic Program is built to help young students lay strong foundations in Taekwondo and in life. Through structured drills, belt-level objectives, and positive reinforcement, students begin to understand the value of effort, respect, and consistency. The curriculum is based on WT Olympic-style Taekwondo and includes elements of character education that reinforce behavior expectations at home, school, and in the community.


They’ll Learn To:

  • Follow multi-step instructions and stay focused.
  • Demonstrate respect and self-control.
  • Build strength, flexibility, and balance.
  • Develop perseverance through physical and mental challenges.
  • Set and achieve personal goals through our belt promotion system.

 

Includes: Uniform, Belt tracking system, Member Portal Access.

Schedule: 2x/week | 45-minute classes.

Core Program

Ages: 10–14 years old

Program Focus: Technique refinement, confidence building, and leadership.

The Core Program is designed for pre-teens growing into confident, capable young leaders. We build on foundational taekwondo techniques while fostering discipline, resilience, and positive identity. Students are encouraged to take ownership of their training, engage in teamwork, and set meaningful goals — both for belt advancement and in sparring or demo settings. This is where students start thinking and training like martial artists.


They’ll Learn To:

  • Refine and apply Taekwondo techniques with precision.
  • Take initiative and responsibility for their progress.
  • Develop confidence through demonstration and peer interaction.
  • Embrace healthy competition and disciplined habits.
  • Begin practicing leadership in and out of class.

 

Includes: Uniform, Intro leadership team, Competition Pathway, Belt tracking system, Member Portal Access.

Schedule: 2x/week | 45-minute classes.

Teen & Adult Program

Ages: 14+ years old

Program Focus: Fitness, self-defense, and personal growth.

The Teen & Adult Program welcomes students of all levels: from beginners to returning black belts and offers a well-rounded training experience. Rooted in Taekwondo principles, this program includes technical skill development, cardiovascular conditioning, and real-world self-defense strategies. Training is adaptable to personal goals — whether that means improving fitness, earning a black belt, or preparing for competition.


You’ll Learn To:

  • Build strength, endurance, and flexibility.
  • Master practical self-defense and striking skills.
  • Improve focus, stress management, and mental resilience.
  • Advance at your own pace with structured belt curriculum.
  • Train in a supportive, inclusive, and empowering environment.

Cardio Kickboxing Program

Program Focus: Strength, stamina, and empowerment.

Our Kickboxing program delivers high-energy, results-driven training for adults of all ages and fitness levels. Each class blends striking techniques, functional fitness, and cardiovascular conditioning in a fun, stress-relieving atmosphere. Whether you’re training for fitness, skill, or personal empowerment, you’ll leave each session stronger mentally and physically.


You’ll Learn To:

  • Build cardiovascular endurance and total-body strength.
  • Master striking combinations and pad drills in a safe setting.
  • Boost confidence and self-awareness.
  • Improve posture, coordination, and core control.
  • Set and track progress toward personal health and fitness goals.

 

Includes: Gloves and hand wraps starter pack, fitness tracking, flexible schedule options.

Schedule: 2x – 3x/week | 45-minute classes.

Specialty Sparring Class

Program Focus: Sparring techniques, tactics, and ring readiness.

The Specialty Sparring Class is designed for students who want to sharpen their sparring skills. This focused program provides technical instruction, strategy development, and live sparring drills that help students learn how to move, score, and perform under pressure. It’s ideal for those new to sparring as well as students preparing for their first competitions.


You’ll Learn To:

  • Understand sparring rules and scoring.
  • Improve footwork, timing, and distance control.
  • Apply effective attack and counterattack strategies.
  • Build confidence through controlled, safe sparring.
  • Develop mental sharpness and ring awareness.

Includes: Contact sparring drills, situational tactics, entry to competition pathway.

Schedule: 1x/week | 60-minute classes.

Competition Team (Invitation Only)

Program Focus: Local and regional tournament preparation.

The Competition Team is for students who are ready to take their training to the next level and step into the ring. Focused on developing the mindset, skills, and strategies needed for local and regional competitions, this program offers structured sparring, tactical drills, and ring scenarios that sharpen competitive awareness. It’s the perfect next step for students looking to experience the excitement of real competition in a supportive team environment.


You’ll Learn To:

  • Prepare for local and regional tournaments with confidence.
  • Understand match pacing, scoring systems, and strategy.
  • Build consistency in attack, defense, and movement.
  • Gain experience through simulation and peer sparring.
  • Develop sportsmanship, focus, and competitive discipline.

 

Includes: Competition coaching, sparring team gear access, tournament planning support.

Schedule: 1/week | 120-minute classes.

High Performance Class (Invitation Only)

Program Focus: Elite competition development and national/international goals.

The High-Performance Class is designed for advanced athletes with the ambition to compete at the provincial, national, and international levels. This program emphasizes technical refinement, strategic adaptability, and high-intensity sparring. Athletes are coached with the same methods used at the elite level, focusing on every aspect of performance: from timing and reaction to mindset and match preparation.


You’ll Learn To:

  • Compete at a high level with precision, confidence, and resilience.
  • Master advanced WT sparring strategies and counter-tactics.
  • Analyze opponents and adjust tactics in real time.
  • Improve explosiveness, ring management, and endurance.
  • Train with intensity and focus in a high-performance environment.

 

Includes: Video analysis, conditioning plans, personal feedback, travel/tournament support.

Schedule: 2–3x/week | 60minute classes.
